I first walked on the Sea Pines Beach 45 years ago. My family
has owned property on the Island continuously since the late 60's.
After graduating from Duke University in 1971, my entrepreneurial
spirit led me to Colorado where I was a principal and president
of 3 different start up companies. I brought my strong business
and marketing experience to the Island and joined The Sea Pines
Real Estate Company in 1997. I have consistently been one of the
company's top producers. I'm a member of the Sea Pines Country
Club and I live with my family near the beach in Sea Pines. We
spend our spare time playing golf, tennis and riding our bicycles
on our pristine beaches. I love this place!

Forest's father introduced him to the natural beauty that is Sea

obtaining both an engineering and a business degree, and after
retiring from a business banking career, Forest finally gets to

After many great vacations on Hilton Head Island, I realized a
dream and relocated here in 1981. I spent much of my professional
career in New York City working for Conde Nast Publications as
a Merchandising Editor. In Manhattan I later became involved in
real estate working with Whitbread Nolan and specializing in apartment/town
home coop and condominium sales.
I joined
The Sea Pines Real Estate Company as a sales executive in 1982
and am a Lifetime member of the Distinguished Sales Award. I
am a resident of Sea Pines and a member of the Sea Pines Country
